Rural Sociological Society Awards Appalshop with 2015 Distinguished Service to Rural Life Award


The 2015 Rural Sociological Society Meeting took place in Madison, WI August 7-9. The Rural Sociological Society is a U.S. scholarly organization formed to promote the study of rural life through research, extension and education. Matthew Carter, was in attendance to accept the Distinguished Service to Rural Life award on behalf of Appalshop
